NERPOW OIL & GAS LIMITED is a Private Limited Liability Company incorporated under the Ghana Companies Code of 1960 (Act 179) with company registration number CA-67,233. The Company commenced business in 2009 and has delivered petroleum products into Ghana and several countries across the world.

As a company, we pride ourselves with our ability to efficiently meet the demands and expectations of our clients no matter their locations and trading profiling.

Our mission is to trade in petroleum products both in Ghana and abroad – which shall include the importation, exportation and retailing of petroleum products, as well as the provision of Up-stream Consultancy Services to existing and prospective investors in the sector. We will do this by maintaining a vibrant organization and ensuring that we consistently provide quality products and services to our clients, and meet the aspirations of all stakeholders.

Key Personnel

Mr. Patrick Obeng-Wontumi – Executive Chairman/CEO

As the overall head of the company, he is responsible for the implementation of policy decisions formulated by the board and serves as a liaison between the board and all other stakeholders of the company. He is responsible for the general operations of the company including Business Development, Investment Analysis, and Administrative perfection. Mr. Obeng-Wontumi has a wealth of experience from Ghana, United Kingdom and Africa. In the United Kingdom, he worked with various Financial and Accountancy institutions as a key partner and problem solver. He set up Nerpow oil & Gas Ltd after leaving the Corporate Banking Department of Fidelity Bank Ghana Limited, and working with an Oil & Gas Company as the Chief Operating Officer. He possesses a perfect blend of experience and cross cultural background needed towards the attainment of our global corporate status. Mr. Obeng-Wontumi has an MBA (Finance) qualification from the University of Leicester (UK), Bachelor of Commerce (Ghana) and Higher National Diploma (Purchasing and Supply – Ghana). He is a member of the Chartered Management Institute (UK) and an Associate Member of the Chartered Institute of Purchasing and Supply (UK).

He has attended several courses and programs in the Oil & Gas industry, with special interest in International petroleum trading and financial modeling.
